Culiat Elementary School Teachers Undergo NCA Leadership Journey

Sixty (60) teachers from Culiat Elementary School (CES) underwent the Ninoy and Cory Aquino Leadership Journey (NCALJ) as part of their In-Service Training (INSET) days. The Journey was held in Manresa Retreat House in Banawe Ave, Quezon City on April 12 to 13, 2018. The two-day program was devoted to rest, reflection, and prayer.

Through the guidance of NCAF Program Director, Jampao Reyes, the participants connected the dots of their lives, shared about their life-stories, and learned about their particular Love Language. They were also able to listen to notable speakers such as Metrobank Outstanding Teacher Awardee, Mr. Onofre Pagsanghan, former DepEd Secretary, Bro. Armin Luistro, and Navotas National High School Principal, Dr. Cristina Robles, PhD. The teachers learned about love, embracing one’s calling and mission, and translating reflection into action.

The participants ended the program by sharing their realizations and learning from the Journey, as well as rendering a song for the NCAF Team to thank them for the fruitful two-day session.
