Splash Corporation Undergoes NCA Leadership Journey

On May 26 to 27, 2018, held at St. Paul Center for Renewal in Alfonso, Cavite, thirty-five (35) participants from Splash Corporation underwent the Ninoy and Cory Aquino Leadership Journey (NCALJ) for Business Leaders. The two-day retreat-seminar was organized in partnership with Splash Corporation’s HR Team. The participants spent the two days getting much deserved rest and time to reflect. They were also given opportunities to look back at their personal stories, their “kuwentong-buhay”, and share these with each other during group sharing sessions. The participants also heard talks from former Department of Tourism Secretary, Ramon Jimenez Jr., and NCAF Executive Director, Rapa Lopa.

A highlight of the program was the “Thank You and I’m Sorry” activity, where each participant was given a chance to express his or her gratitude for a co-worker and ask for forgiveness for any mistake or offense he or she might have committed towards another.

The participants thanked NCAF and Splash’s HR team for the weekend program and wished that the rest of Splash’s employees also undergo the retreat-seminar in the future.
