NCAF and ASA Partnership Strengthened through Module 2

Last September 2021, 84 Area Administrators of ASA Philippines Foundation were invited to another half-day of reflection and recollection through the Ninoy and Cory Aquino Leadership Journey- Online Edition Module 2.

This module is aptly entitled Mindful Debriefing for an Empowered Rebuilding. It centers in on utilizing Ninoy and Cory’s leadership virtues of Prayer, Discernment, and Self-sacrifice as these leaders face numerous personal and professional challenges brought about by living in a pandemic.

Through 4 sessions on September 13, 14, 16 and 17, main facilitator and Program Director Mr. Jampao Reyes introduced the participants to the concept of mindfulness- tasked with an invitation to take a deeper look at life events in the past 2 years.

One participant put it aptly when she said that “I found empowerment not only in the program but through the view of my life this Journey helped me to see.” Truly, clarity begins when the heart begins to see what matters most- even in the midst of tribulations.
