His talk allowed for ardent realizations of different highs and lows in the numerous individual vocation stories the participants shared. He then expounded on the importance of mastery of content. Various participants shared that they were moved to action by this call to mastery of content and excellence in educating.

The two-day program ended on a high note with a commitment activity wherein all participants formally renewed the hearts and souls of their vocation through promises written and made to be kept. With much hope in their hearts, they ended the Leadership Journey ready to face more challenges.
