Having undergone traumatic experiences due to the untimely loss of a loved one, the participants were guided to remember moments of grace and care in their own lives. Through the Lifebook and Kuwentong-Buhay activities, the participants identified significant events in their lives where they felt loved and consoled and shared these stories with one another in their respective sharing groups.

The participants were also given modules on Connecting the Dots; teaching the participants to see meaning and purpose in their experiences, good and bad.

Afterwards, the participants shared their insights with one another and said some words of thanks to organizing teams. One participant said, “Mahalaga ang buhay ng bawat isa; may Panginoon na laging nariyan para umagapay sa atin (Every person’s life is valuable; there is a God that is always ready to help us).” Another said, Sana marami pa kayong matulungang tulad namin (I hope you are able to help more people like us).”
